Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Miami, FL)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
