Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field records. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
