Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
