Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Timber Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms.
