Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Meadow Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders.
