Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Glen Foods Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Knowledge of freight terms.
