Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
