Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Foods and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
