Bluepeak Cobalt Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing.
