Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Nova Union Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites.
