Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms.
