Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Linden Freight and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
