Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Pine Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
