Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Meadow Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Fort Worth serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
