Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
