Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
