Nova Amber Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms.
