Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Amber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
