Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Colorado Springs with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
