Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Harbor Freight Group is a Cleveland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
