Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Wren Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
