Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 456 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
