Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
