Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Auto Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms.
