Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
