Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
