Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Markets Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
