Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tucson focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
