Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Rook Press Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
