Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tampa, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
