Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Tampa, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
