Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Foods Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
