Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
