Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Loom Construction is a Seattle contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
