Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Iron Markets is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
