Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Seattle, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
