Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
