Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
