Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
