Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets is a Reno retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
