Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Quarry Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
