Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Summit Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Salt Lake City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 289 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
