Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Junction Press and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
