Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Freight and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
