Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
