Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Willow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
