Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Timber Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms.
