Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fox Press and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
