Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Quill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tucson, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
