Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
